While on a caravan break in Dulverton our car developed a slow puncture. Saw Neil Arnold Tyres reviews and decided to give them a try. Usually dont take reviews too seriously but I have to say that they lived up to all the positive ones they have received. I did not call prior to turning up but they took my details on arrival and although they obviously had plenty of work on, the puncture was repaired and we were on our way within 90 minutes of arriving. Super quick and friendly service. They were an absolute life saver after we had a tyre tear out on a rocky kerb and our breakdown van tried his best to find somewhere open after 5pm. Tyre fitted, tracked and pressures checked inside 30 minutes. Highly recommended.
Whilst its encouraging to see the changes these guys are making, A few months back I had trouble with wheel alignment the guy at the time in my opinion probably was not the most experienced. I did get it re done by another firm, but I will be willing to pop back in the future since I live in Porlock.
Great local garage! Staying at Butlins and in a pickle with a broken brake and long journey home. Neil Arnold was recommended as a local garage and didn't disappoint. Took the car in next day and they got us back on the road before lunchtime and for very good price. Obviously popular with the locals too. Thanks guys!
