I had the best experience and the lady's were absolutely lovely... I couldn't have asked for a better place to find my dream dress so relaxed and happy!! Can't wait to wear it now

Absolutely amazing boutique. Made finding the perfect dress so easy. Amazing, calming and reassuring atmosphere and they make you feel your worth. They guided me through the whole process and I would highly recommend anyone looking for their dream dress to come here! Amazing service! Love them both for helping me find THE DRESS!

I felt the need to post this review after visiting this beautiful store yesterday. I have had a nightmare recently as I previously purchased a dress that I wasn't sure off, and it really put me off wedding dress shopping. I booked a last minute appointment with Somerset Bridal and wow what a difference. It is run by a mother and daughter team and I have not experienced such a friendly and relaxed atmosphere anywhere else. They both went above and beyond trying to help me find a dress right for me. Me and my mother were there for ages but we were never once hurried along, or made to feel rushed. My mother really appreciated the lovely settee in the bridal room to rest her legs, and we were offered refreshments as soon as we arrived. I never usually leave reviews, and although I haven't yet purchased my dress, the experience so far has been an absolute pleasure and I cannot recommend this store enough!
