A lovely evening spent at the yoga cabin, Luisa made me feel so welcome. I loved the yoga and so enjoyed the relaxation afterwards. I cant wait to come again!

As someone who hadn't exercised since leaving school some 20 years ago, I couldn't have wished for a more supportive and inspirational personal trainer. In our group sessions Luisa makes sure everyone's different needs are met, is very friendly, positive, kind and is also very willing to help between sessions with diet advice and motivation.

Thoroughly enjoyed every second I spent with the small group of ladies that did the 8 week programme. We did a different activity every week and made the most of the outdoors which I loved. With Luisas help I lost over a stone in weight as she was such a brilliant support and helped with any queries. Would 100% recommend her to anyone!
