Great place after being on the beach. Good staff and yummy chips and gravy. Also do ice cream which made the children very happy
We called here on Saturday the 11th of August and do you know what, never again. Absolutely appalled with the guy who was supposed to be doing the cooking. We ordered hot dogs and onions with chips, the young girl who took our order was lovely. The guy then said how was he supposed to do the order when he had turned everything off, he was awful to the young girl to the extent that she was nearly in tears. His language was awful too in front of customers. In the end we asked for our money back. The young girl could not apologise enough. I asked who we could complain to about him and he started to shout at me. Other customers were there so they walked away too. If it was too late to order food then maybe there should be signs put up saying so. A very disappointing visit.
Nice little chip shop. Cooked really well. Nice crunchy batter. Pea Fritter etc for veggies. Queue system was a little chaotic. Got to try a battered Mars Bar!
A great location at the sea front. Plenty of option to choose from. I was pleasantly surprised that chicken strips were served here as my kids love it. My wife and I enjoyed cod and chips with curry sauce. Icecream is also served here too, again a good variety to choose from. The only reason this review misses the 5 star rating is because the cod had absolutely zero taste though beautifully fried and clearly fried in clean oil as evidenced by mouth.
