Always happy with Pointer Properties in letting sand sales over the decade I've known them...honest straightforward estate agency.
My particular estate agent was very keen to draw me in, however the knowledge of the property was poor when i first looked around, and the service throughout my year of tenancy has been atrocious. Requests of mine were acknowledged and then completely disregarded. Take for instance, the water rates are ridiculous unless you are on a meter (i was a single occupant with low usage but paying 50 a month!..) therefore i was obviously keen to have a meter fixed. I left it with my estate agent to ensure that a water meter is fitted but not a thing was ever done about it, costing me in excess of 200 in money that i could have saved if i had a meter fitted. Not Happy!..
