Just a great place for camping
Thank you for lovely stay at this campsite!
We usually do wild camping and not used to camp sites and find them to be strange and unfriendly places to camp , but found this camp site to be a small but lovely and friendly , clean toilets with 1 shower in the girls and 1 shower in the boys 20pence per shower that lasts fairly long.Yes it is next to the road but the road noise is drowned by nature.Basic laudry facilities .We enjoyed our stay.
Quiet family type place, basic amenities harking from 1970. Dangling cables as hook up. 1 shower (20p a go....) & 2 loos for the chaps. Laughable laundry facilities with an iron from about 1950! Hard standing for caravans. Friendly staff. Walkable to town. Traffic noise bearable but usually quietens to nothing overnight. Shaded from the sun (nice in this heatwave!)
Lovely little site with everything you need for a short stay. Road can be a bit noisy.
