Bloody disgusting place and still awaiting a refund. Carer being escorted out of the butlins minehead is unheard of. Lack of traning lack of empathy lack of customer service bunch of cowboys... Mr butlin himself would be turning in his grave. Its all about money instead of families. Poxy place
